  19. The NetSupport Manager integration will only install on a Windows NT 4 or a Windows 2000 Operating system.

  21. Before Installing NetSupport Manager integration it is recommended that you uninstall the SMS remote tools from the client machines.

  23. Whilst installing the NetSupport Manager integration, setup.exe will check to see if the SMS Administrator console is already installed, if the console is not installed then Setup will not continue.

  25. The NetSupport Manager integration can be removed from the Windows Add/Remove Programs Applet in the Windows Control Panel.

  29. 2. Using NetSupport Manager Via SMS Administrator console.

  32. When you right Click on a collection under the collections folder, a new option under SMS_Tools is provided to run NetSupport Manager.  Clicking on this will launch NetSupport Manager in normal mode.

  34. When right clicking on an individual computer the option under SMS_Tools will launch NetSupport Manager in view mode for that computer.  When you close the window down you will be disconnected from the machine.
